It takes many people to make the ministries of MUMC possible. While there are plenty of opportunities for service to others beyond our church, we also have need for service within the church.We want to help you find the service opportunity that’s perfect for your passions, time and gifts. 

What interests you?

Are you happiest working behind the scenes or ‘upfront?’   To decide where you wish to serve, take a moment and think about what interests and energizes you. For example, is it assisting elderly, or children, or those in need? Consider what you feel most passionate about or where you feel most comfortable.

Where can you serve?

We have a very vibrant and productive outreach and missions ministry in the local community, throughout the New York City area and in several countries outside the USA. A]  Serve in the Local Community

MUMC is involved in many service areas within the Larchmont/Mamaroneck local community, including:

• Larchmont Food Pantry
• Mamaroneck CAP Center

B]  Serve Beyond the Local Community

The Outreach & Missions Ministry Team organizes fundraisers throughout the year in support of the following national and international ministries:

• Kairos Prison Ministry
• Midnight Run
• Feeding the Animals
• El Ayudante Orphange in Nicaragua
• Women’s Ministry in India

C]  Serve Inside MUMC
