Preschool (3 years – Kindergarten)
Children who are presently attending a preschool program will enjoy this time of Play and Praise with their peers. Their hour together is structured as a typical day in preschool, although condensed. Upon arrival, they will have a free-play period when they can informally socialize with the other children, parents, and teachers, followed by group activities: clean-up time, then circle time with a bible story, restroom break, snack time, then a table activity which is related to the story, closing with a worship time with singing, dancing and prayers
Primary (Grades 1 – 3)
Bible Discovery: Bible story and creative activity with an added focus on bible navigation. Third graders will formally receive a gift bible from the church. Kindergarten through 3rd grade students share Godly Play and Children’s worship together.
Elementary Youth (Grades 4 – 6)
Employing a variety of creative worship arts forms, these students explore more deeply the Bible and introduced to lectionary texts. They then share them in leadership roles in the 10am Sunday Children’s Worship Service. At 11:00, these children have the option of going to the “Coffee Hour” fellowship after church in the Lower Church Parlor or remaining in Children’s Worship as leaders and participants.
